2 held with firearms in city

Police arrested two people along with firearms from in front of Joy Kali Mandir under Wari Police Station in Dhaka city on Tuesday. 

The arrested men are Marzan Ahmed Roni alias Bhagne Rani, 38, and Md Mahin Khan, 25. 

The information was provided through a press release by Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP). 

Acting on a tip-off, a team of police conducted a raid in the area and arrested the duo. At that time, police recovered the firearms, a magazine and four-round bullet from their possessions.
Legal action is under process in this regard, the OC added.
