New BLSA executive committee

Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division Secretary Dr Hafiz Ahmed Chowdhury and Joint Secretary SM Shafayet Hossain have been elected president and general secretary of the new executive committee of the Bangladesh Legislative Service Association (BLSA) formed on Wednesday.

At a meeting held on the day at a city hotel in Dhaka, the new committee was formed.

In the new committee, Joint Secretary (Drafting) Md. Rafiqul Hasan was made vice president, Senior System Analyst Mohammad Ziauddin joint secretary, Deputy Secretary Mohammad Abdul Halim organizing secretary, Deputy Secretary Rajib Hassan treasurer, DS Mousumi Das office secretary, and Senior Assistant Secretary Soumen Palit Babu and publicity secretary.
