Illegal gas connections disconnected in houses in Ashulia

The Titas Gas Authority disconnected almost 600 illegal gas connections from homes in Savar's Ashulia Police Station area on Thursday. 

The illegal gas connections were disconnected in the Tajpur area in a raid conducted by Engineer Abu Saleh Mohammad Kademuddin, Manager (ZOB) of Ashulia Titas Gas Private Company Limited.


During the operation, nearly 600 connections were cut off over a stretch of two kilometers, and risers and stoves were seized. Around 90 Titas workers participated in the operation.
Engineer Abu Saleh Mohammad Kademuddin said that all illegal gas lines in Ashulia would be disconnected gradually and that this operation would continue regularly. 

Abdul Mannan, Manager of Savar Titas Gas Distribution Company Limited (ZOB), along with other officials, was also present during the operation.
