‘Hand-made grenade’ found in abandoned state

A hand-made grenade was recovered in abandoned state near a factory on  Shampur Model College Road at Kadomtoli in Dhaka on Friday.

Mohammad Talebur Rahman, deputy commissioner of (Media and Public Relation) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, on Saturday acknowledging the matter and said  police recovered the grenade from an open place near metal fence making factory under Shampur Police Station of the city. It was labeled “AKSAV Flash bang diversionary device”.  

He said legal processes are on in this connection.
