NCC Bank holds 11th EGM

 
National Credit and Commerce Bank PLC conducted its 11th Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) through Digital platform at Dhaka on Tuesday and approved amendments of Article 91, 94(1) and 94(2) of the Articles of Association (AoA) of the Bank, says a press release. 
 Chairman of NCC Bank Md. Nurun Newaz Salim presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman ASM Mainuddin Monem, Director and Past Vice-Chairman Sohela Hossain, Director Syed Asif Nizamuddin, Past Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee Khairul Alam Chaklader, Director Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher FCA virtually joined the meeting.
