2.50 lakh Yaba tablets recovered in Cox's Bazar

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) recovered 2.50 lakh pieces of Yaba tablets from Teknaf 
upazila in Cox's Bazar district on Sunday.

The tablets were recovered from Double Jora area in the upazila. 

Acting on a tip-off, a team of the BGB conducted a raid in the area and recovered the drugs from two bags, said Lieutenant Colonel Ashiqur Rahman, commanding officer of the BGB-2 Battalion. 

The bags contained 2.50 lakh of Yaba tablets, he said.
