50 SPs among 74 police officers transferred

In another major reshuffle in the police administration, 50 officers of the rank of Superintendent of Police and 24 officers of the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police have been transferred.

Three separate notifications from the Police-1 branch of the Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs were issued on Monday (January 13).

Deputy Secretary Md. Mahbubur Rahman signed the notifications on the order of the President.

According to the notice, they have been transferred to various units including DMP, Police Headquarters, CID, SB, RAB, CMP, PBI, APBN, RMP and BMP.
