Bodies of mother, daughter found at Rohingya camp toilet

Police recovered the bodies of woman her and daughter from a toilet at Ukhiya Rohingya camp in Cox's Bazar.
 
The bodies were recovered around 6:30 am on Tuesday (January 14). However, it was not immediately known how they died.
The dead were Mumtaz Begum, 55, and her daughter Subaida Bibi, 18, of Block F-75 of Rohingya Camp No-3.

Mohammad Siraj Amin, 14 APBn Captain (Additional DIG), confirmed the incident.

According to the APBn, the bodies of the mother and daughter were recovered from a toilet and sent to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy in the morning.

Arif Hossain, officer-in-charge of Ukhiya Police Station, said police are continuing to try to unravel the mystery of this incident.
