One killed in B'baria after being hit by truck

A man was killed in a road accident in Brahmanbaria's Sadar upazila on Tuesday noon. 

The accident took place at Dumping Station area in the Brahmanbaria's municipal area. 

The deceased was identified as Al-Amin, 35, a cleaner of the municipality. 

It was learnt that a truck ran him over while he was littering in trach in the area, leaving him critically injured. 
Locals rescued him and took him to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital, where the on-duty doctors declared him dead.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to the hospital's morgue for an autopsy, said Md Mozaffar Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Brahmanbaria Sadar Police Station.
