Pry school office workers push for making their jobs permanent

 
Nearly 37,000 primary school's office workers -cum- security guards employed through outsourcing at government primary schools are demanding permanent employment and fixed working hours. 

They have been working under various government guidelines for a long time, but have expressed anger over not being made permanent.
They made this demand at a meeting with the Labour Reform Commission on Tuesday at the commission office. They have discussed with the Labour Reform Commission to resolve this issue.

The leader of office workers- cum- security guards said that although primary office workers are appointed as per government guidelines, they are being deprived of the opportunities of permanent employees as they are appointed through outsourcing.

They are also deprived of opportunities like increment and security allowance. Their demands are that their jobs should be made permanent and working hours should be fixed as they have been working as per government guidelines.
