59 Administrative Officers promoted

A total of 59 Administrative Officers (AOs) and Personal Officers (POs) of different ministries and divisions have been promoted to the rank of non-cadre assistant secretary.

The Public Administration Ministry on Tuesday issued a notification promoting them to the rank as grade-9 officer.

Of them, 39 are promoted from the rank of administrative officer and 20 from personal officer.
According to the Public Administration Ministry, the newly promoted assistant secretaries have already joined to the ministry to confirm their promotion.

According to the ministry sources, grade-9 is the entry level post of the civil service's cadre posts.
