Kamal Majumdar falls sick inside jail, admitted to DMCH

Former State Minister of Industries Kamal Ahmed Majumdar was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Wednesday morning after he fell sick inside jail.

Around 6AM, he fell ill inside central jail and was rushed to the emergency department of the DMCH.

After completion of necessary tests, Kamal Majumdar was admitted to 601 no ward of the hospital's new building.

The hospital police outpost in-charge inspector Md Faruk confirmed the incident and said that the former state minister was brought to the hospital and admitted to the medicine ward.
