6 warehouses gutted in Gazipur fire

Six fabric warehouses have been gutted in a fire Gazipur's Konabari on Thursday.

The fire broke out early in the morning in Parijat area under Konabari Police Station in Gazipur city.
Konabari Modern Fire Service Warehouse Inspector Saiful Islam said that a fire broke out in a tin shed warehouse in Parijat area in the early hours of the morning. Within moments, the fire spread to five other nearby warehouses. At that time, locals tried to extinguish the fire. Meanwhile, four units of Konabari Modern and Sarabo Modern Fire Service personnel reached the spot.

Later, the fire service personnel brought the fire under control after about an hour of effort.
