Dear sir,

Following the mass uprising that resulted in the fall of Awami league led government in Bangladesh, a unique form of government, namely interim government supported by various groups of people, including many extremist elements and Bangladesh military came into power. What followed the ouster of the previous government, shall raise alarm across the civil society of not only Bangladesh, but the whole world as Bangladesh is strategically an important geography in south Asia.
The current interim government is allegedly jailing pro-Awami League political leaders and activists falsely accusing all of murders. On the other hand, mobs created by the extremist elements in Bangladesh are wrecking havoc across the country.

Even recently, the country that was hailed as a model of development to the whole world, has completely lost its track. Biden administration's strategy in Bangladesh did not help Bangladesh. The economy in Bangladesh is collapsing due to the instability, lawlessness and complete anarchy.

Various human rights organizations seem to be blind to the extreme violations of human rights in present day Bangladesh. The human rights organizations, and the coming Trump administrations must consider the situation in Bangladesh as Bangladesh's strategic importance in south Asia will only increase as China tries to position herself as a regional leader.
