Dhaka Metro Rail authorities have rescheduled the Friday train service timing.
For passenger convenience, the metro will now operate at 3 pm instead of 3:30 pm, the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) said in an office order on Thursday.
The new schedule will take effect from January 17.
According to the DMTCL, the metro rail will operate from Uttara North to Motijheel from 3 pm to 9 pm and from Motijheel to Uttara North from 3:20 pm to 9:40 pm every Friday.
Meanwhile, single journey tickets will be available for purchase at Uttara North Metro Rail Station from 2:45 pm on Friday and at Motijheel Metro Rail Station from 3:05 pm.
In addition, Rapid Passes can be purchased, and MRT/Rapid passes can be topped up, it added. —UNB
