Narinda, Viqarunnisa champions

Narinda Govt High School became the champion of the boys' event while Viqarunnisa Noon School and College became the girls' champion in the Youth Festival School Handball Tournament 2025 on Monday at the M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium at Paltan in Dhaka. 

St Gregory High School was the runner-up in the boys' event while South Point School and College won the runner-up title for the girls. 

On the day, Narinda Govt High School outplayed St Gregory High School by 14-9 in the boys' final while Viqarunnisa Noon School and College defeated South Point School and College by 18-2 in the girls' final. 

With the slogan 'Let's change the country and the world' the Bangladesh sporting arena is observing the youth festival. The School Handball which was played under the festival was concluded with the finals on the day. 

Mazeda Begum, the Acting Principal of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College, handed over the trophies and certificates among the winners as the chief guest.
