Gazette published calling mass-uprising injured as 'July fighter'

The interim government has published a gazette calling the injured of mass-uprising-2024 as 'July fighter' (July Joddah).

The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs issued the gazette on Thursday (27 February), categorising 493 critically injured individuals under 'Category A' and 908 seriously injured individuals under 'Category B'.

The gazette, published on Friday morning, includes the medical case IDs, parents' names, and permanent addresses of the injured.

On 15 January, a list of 834 martyrs from the mass uprising was published through a gazette.

The government will provide financial assistance to the families of those killed and injured in the mass uprising based on these lists.
