BCL Football: City Club beat Wari Club 3-1

Coming from behind, City Club earned a facile 3-1 goals victory over old horse Wari Club in the Bangladesh Championship League (BCL) Football at the practice ground of the Bashundhara Kings Arena here on Monday, reports UNB.

After a barren first half, Jewel Rana put the old Dhaka outfit @ari Club ahead in the 62nd minute (1-0) while Owskurun Ahmed Rohan levelled the margin for City Club in the following minute (1-1).

Mizanur Rahman and Mamum Mia netted two more goals for City Club in the 77th and 85th minutes respectively to guide the team towards comfortable victory.

The day's other match between BRTC Sporting and Farashganj SC ended in a goalless draw at the Fortis FC ground here on Monday.
