The ‘C’ unit entry test under cluster system was held for business administration faculty for 2024-25 session at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) on Friday.
The test was held on the campus from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
This year, MBSTU played the role of main organiser of cluster-based admission test for the first time.
Tangail District Magistrate imposed section 144 in the university area in order to conduct the test in a safe and controlled environment.
During the exam, many students' union, clubs and other university organisation provided water, seating space and guidance to examinees and their guardians.
Confirming the matter, Professor Dr. Anwarul Azim Akhand, vice chancellor (VC) of the university said that a total of 592 students participated in the MBSTU campus for the test.
Visiting the centre, MBSTU VC said, ‘I am satisfied that the examination was completed peacefully.’
‘I, especially grateful to district administration, police administration, university teachers, officials employees, students, journalists, guardians and everyone concerned." the VC added.
