Mango Festival-2025 begins at Sapahar

SAPAHAR, NAOGAON, July 19: A two-day Mango Festival has begun in Sapahar Upazila of the district on Friday for the first time.
Naogaon Deputy Commissioner Abdul Awal inaugurated the festival as the chief guest on the Pilot High School grounds in Sapahar by cutting ribbon and releasing balloons and pigeons. 

The inaugural ceremony was followed by a discussion meeting chaired by Sapahar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Selim Ahmed.
Deputy Director of the District Agriculture Department Abul Kalam Azad, Officer-in-Charge of Sapahar Police Station Abdul Aziz, Naogaon Press Club President Raihan Alam, Principal of Al Helal Islamic Academy and College Mahbubul Alam, Sapahar Upazila BNP President Rafiqul Islam Chowdhury (Benu), its General Secretary Sarwar Jahan Chowdhury Labu, Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Abul Khair Tarun, Upazila BNP Organizing Secretary Abdullah Ansasi, and Mango farmer Sohel Rana, among others, also spoke on the occasion.
