Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) Director General Md Enayet Ullah met with BWDB officials and staff at Pani Bhaban, Green Road on Thursday, for a special views-exchange meeting on strengthening the Board's overall operations.
Officers from Dhaka-based offices attended in person, while field offices joined online.
Emphasizing integrity and diligence, the DG presented 39 key directives to drive timely delivery, transparency, and accountability across the organization.
Officials from various tiers of the Board, including staff representatives, spoke in support of the initiative and assured full cooperation to advance BWDB's organisational improvement agenda.
The meeting concluded with a collective pledge to uphold the directives and drive sustainable progress across all levels of the organisation.
As a next step, the Board will establish monitoring teams to oversee implementation of the directives and schedule follow-up meetings to assess progress.
