Drama on Language Martyr Shafiur

A TV drama on Language Martyr Shafiur has been made and awaits airing on the coming International Mother Language Day. The drama titled "February-r Alpana" casts Maznun Mizan as Shafiur and Farhana Mili as Shafiur's wife Akila. The entire drama has been shot in black and white to recreate the nostalgia of 1952. Only the last scene gains colour as a classroom is shown where a teacher finishes telling the story of Shafiur before her young students.
