National Citizen Party (NCP) Chief Organizer for Southern Region Hasnat Abdullah and candidate for the 13th National Parliament election from Cumilla-4 (Debidwar) constituency, has publicly raised concerns over partiality in the administration during the nomination scrutiny process.

After submitting and scrutinizing his nomination papers at the office of the Cumilla Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer on Friday, Hasnat Abdullah's papers were declared valid by District Returning Officer Md Reza Hasan.

Addressing reporters after the scrutiny, Hasnat Abdullah questioned the impartiality and objectivity of the administration, stating, "There is concern about the administration's honest, objective and impartial behavior that we expect in the post-uprising period. I am expressing concern about how impartial the administration will be in the election after coming here." He alleged that the administration appeared to have leaned toward the BNP, casting doubts over the fairness and transparency of the upcoming elections.
