Bangladeshi actors have made into this year's shortlist of Bengal Filmfare Awards. The Kolkata-based film awards will be held in Mumbai on February 25. Among actors nominated for awards are Shakib Khan, Joya Ahsan, Kusum Sikder, Arefin Shuvo, Nusrat Faria and more. Shakib Khan has been nominated as the best actor for his appearance in the film "Shikari." Joya Ahsan will vie for award with her film "Eagler Chokh." This is the second time she has been nominated in the Bengal Filmfare Awards. The top contender will be decided by online votes. Bangladeshi voters can also cast their vote for getting their favourite actors out as winners. They have to log on to: filmfare.com/awards/filmfare-awards-east-2017/ and provide their name and email address. Arefin Shuvo has been nominated for Niyoti, Kusum Shikder for Indo-Bangla joint venture Shonkhochil and Nusrat Faria for Hero 420. Bengal Filmfare Awards is considered as one of the leading awards in India.
