Bangladesh Open University (BOU) Registrar Prof. Dr. Abul Hossain Ahmed Bhuiyan signing Annual Performence Agreement (APA) at Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) Conference Hall on 14th February 2017. Chairman of UGC Prof. Abdul Mannan and members of UGC were present on the occasion. The Authorities of 37 public universities also took part in the signing ceremony.
