Nosimon driver killed in Rajshahi road mishap

The deceased, Masud Rana, 40, son of Shahjahan Sarker, was a resident of Keshabpur village in Bagha upazila, said Paba Highway Police Outpost in-charge Habibur Rahman.

The three-wheeler fell into roadside ditch on Dhaka-Rajshahi highway in Pollapukur area of Puthia upazila around 7:30am, leaving Masud critically injured, police said.

Later, a fire service unit rescued Masud and took to Puthia Upazila Health Complex where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
