Rajshai City College girl held with leaked question

A college girl was held allegedly with a leaked Mathematics question set of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination at Rajshahi on Saturday 9:45am before the exam began.

 

Local guardians caught her red handed in front of Government PN Girls’ High School of the city and handed over to the Boalia Police with the questions and mobile phone.

 

The detainee was identified as Rabiya Islam Riya, honours first-year student of Mathematics department of Rajshai City College, and a resident of Santhoshpur under Shah Mokhdum police station area of the city.

 

Guardians and witness said Riya downloaded a question paper in her mobile phone and showed to the examinees of her acquaintance about an hour before the math exam. She also solved a question and delivered it to an examinee.

 

Later Riya went to a shop named Annapurna Computer to print out the question while shop’s owner and guardians came to know the matter and informed the police.

 

Boalia Police Station officer in charge Aman Ullah said that being informed they rushed to the spot and Riya was held for her alleged involvement with question leakage. The questions found in her mobile phone were same as ‘Gha’ set questions of the original question paper.

 

“She said her friend sent the question paper through messenger app. However, we are looking into the matter and a case will be filed against Riya in this regard”, OC also added.
