Trolley driver killed in road accident

A trolley driver was killed in a road accident in Nowdapara bus terminal in Rajshahi city on Sunday afternoon.

Deceased Liton Ali, 25, son of Akbar Ali, was a resident of Chapapukur area under Motihar Police Station.

Shah Makhdum Police Station officer in-charge Zillur Rahman said a truck hit a brick-laden trolley in the area around 1:15pm, leaving the trolley driver dead on the spot.

Police, later, seized the truck but its driver managed to flee.
