Rajshahi fire burnt a poultry farm

A poultry farm of Paba Upazilla in Rajshahi was burnt as fire broke on Tuesday night.

It damaged goods worth about Tk 10 lakh, including 5 thousand pieces of broiler and golden chickens.

The incident took place in the village of Chaubaria in Paba Upazilla.

The farm is owned by Anarul Islam, son of late Khetab Uddin of Chaubaria village of Nouhata municipalities of Paba.

Nouhata fire station's workers have doused the fire at that night while three people were injured in this incident.

The injured were identified as Israt Ali, 50, son of late Khairuddin, Jamal, 50, son of Badar Uddin and Mahabur, 30, son of Belal Ahmed of the villege.

A general diary has been filed with Paba police station. Police has visited the place.

Naohata fire station official Abul Kashem confirmed the incident.
