HSC examinee died in road accident
An HSC examinee was killed in a road accident at Alimganj area under Poba upazila of Rajshahi on Sunday night.
The deceased was identified as Rony, 17, son of Rezaul of the area.
The incident occurred on Chapainawabganj-Rajshahi highway around 9:30 am on Sunday night.
Locals said there was no electricity in the area during the accident. Rony was crossing the road. At that time a motorcycle and a truck were going towards Rajshahi. Roni could pass the motorcycle but the truck ran over Rony leaving him dead on the spot.
Rabiul Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Damkura Police Station confirmed the matter.
