The first issue of ‘Bulletin’, a publication of Rajshahi University Central Students Union (RUCSU), has been published at the initiative of ‘RUCSU Movement Mancha’.
The communiqué was unveiled at Amtola in front of the RU central library on Sunday at 12pm.
Speakers at the program said, since the last 28 years, the country's students unions, including RUCSU, have been left inactive. As a result, this generation students do not know very much about RUCSU. This bulletin has been published to inform students about necessity of RUCSU, history of participation of RU students in different movements, university’s teacher-student relations and politics in the context of the country's struggle and movement, the speakers said.
Former president of the cultural organization Abdul Majid conducted the program where Assistant Professor Dr. Amirul Islam of Folklore Department, Fatematuz Zohra, a law department student, Sajeeb Kumar, student of education and research institute (IER), AM Shakil Hossain, president of Chhatra Union RU unit spoke at the program.
