3 arrested with 70 kg hemp
Police arrested 3 persons with 70 kg hemp from Damkura area of Rajshahi on Saturday night.The arrestees were identified as Afsar, 30, a resident of Chouddogram village of Cumilla, Baitel Atiq, 32, a resident of Fulbari village of Godagari upazila, Zia, 35, a resident of Damkura village of the same upazilla.
Police sources said, police stopped a pickup and arrested 3 persons and recovered 70 kg hemp from them. Police seized the pickup.
A case has been filed against the arrestees.
