‘Beliful’, a sweet shop of Rajshahi, has come up with a new type of zilapi for Iftar. The shop is making Shahi Zilapi and Amriti Zilapi which are attracting buyers.
Zilapi sellers said Shahi Zilapi and Amriti Zilapi are being prepared only in Beliful as the special item for iftar. Amriti Zilpi is being sold at 160 taka per kg. For the Iftar, Amriti Zilapi is more attractive, and unparalleled by smell and taste.
Besides, there is Bombay Shahi Zilapi also in Beliful. In the month of Ramadan, different types of iftar have been kept for the fasting buyers. In the iftar menu, there is Matha, Nimki and fried peanut.
Saima Islam, a buyer, said the Amriti of Beliful is very tasty. So, she buys Zilapi from here every year.
Sunil, manager of Beliful sweet shop, said that there is a lot of buyers of Amriti Zilapi. Amriti is prepared every year ahead of Ramadan.
