Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has arrested two women for selling train tickets in black markets.
They were sentenced to 3 months in jail by a mobile court at Rajshahi Railway Station On Wednesday morning.
The convicts are Sumona Akhter, 35, wife of Nazrul Islam, resident of Bhadra Jamalpur Mahalla of Chandrima Police Station in the city, Sumi Khatun, 32, wife of Kayum Ali of Talaimari Shaheed Minar area of Motihar police station.
Advanced tickets sale of special trains Silk City, Padma, Dhumketu from Rajshahi to Dhaka began recently.
Another 16 people have been fined by the mobile court. Six people were fined on Tuesday, four on Sunday and six on Saturday.
