BRTC bus driver killed, 30 injured

A bus driver was killed and 30 others were injured in a road accident in Kamarpara area in Godagari upazila of Rajshahi district.

The deceased was identified as Shariful Islam Tota, 42. He hailed from Pabna district, said Godagari Police Station sub-inspector Abdul Khalek.

A BRTC bus plunged into a roadside ditch on Monday afternoon as its driver lost control over steering, leaving him dead and 30 others injured, the SI added.
