School girl 'commits' suicide

A school girl reportedly committed suicide at Upashahar area in Rajshahi city on Thursday morning.

Deceased Shobha, 14, was the daughter of Dukhu Mia, a resident of the area. She was a Class X student of Upashahar Satellite High School.

The relatives of the deceased said Shobha found hanging with a scarf into her room of their house this morning.

She was rushed to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) where the on-duty doctors declared her dead.
