Teenager found hanging
A teenage boy was found dead at Namajagram village in Puthia upazila of Rajshahi district on Thursday night.
Deceased Sujon, 18, was the son of Mobarak Hossain, a resident of the village, said Puthia Police Station officer in-charge Shakil Uddin Ahmed.
Quoting family members, the OC said Sujon was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his bedroom around 10:00pm.
Being informed, police went to the spot in the next morning and sent the body to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital morgue.
Sujon’s had love relation with a girl, and he wanted to marry her. But his family did not give consent to this that might led him to commit suicide, quoting family members, added the OC.
