RCC polls: 3 BCL, Jubo League men stabbed

A local leader of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) and two activists of Jubo League were stabbed on Monday morning in two polling centers of ongoing election to Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC ).

Injured Sajal is organization secretary of Katakhali municipal unit BCL while Roki and Rakib are Jubo League activists, said Motihar Police Station officer in-charge Shahadat Hossain.

Some miscreants stabbed Sajal in Budhpara Primary School polling center around 10:30am while Roki and Raking were stabbed in front of Government City College around 11:00am in the city, the OC added.

Meanwhile, Awami League leaders blamed Jamaat-Shibir supporters for the attacks.
