A man was killed and at least 20 passengers were injured as a bus overturned near Belpukur BGB check post in Rajshahi on Sunday midnight.
BGB, Fire Service teams and Belpukur police members rescued the injured passengers and sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH).
The deceased was identified as Aminul Islam, 30, son of Humayun, a resident of Shibganj area of Chapainawabganj district. The identity of the injured could not be known.
Belpukur Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Golam Mastofa said a Dhaka-bound bus of Rupa Paribahan, coming from Chapainawabganj, lost control and overturned near the BGB camp.
One people died, among 21 injured, after they were taken to RMCH, the OC said.
