Worker electrocuted in Bagha

A worker was electrocuted in Bagha upazila in Rajshahi on Tuesday noon.

Son of Sune Sarker, deceased Subodh Sarkar, 45, was a resident of Monigram Uttorpara village in the upazila.

Local sources said Subodh came in contact with a live electric wire while cutting a tree branch in Atgori village around 12.30 pm.

He was rushed to Bagha Health Complex where the on duty doctors declared him dead.
