Meeting on coronavirus held at UGC

Education Ministry and University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC) jointly organized a urgent meeting on coronavirus outbreak at UGC on March 19, 2020 where Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni presided over the meeting.
To face the challenge of epidemic like coronavirus that creates calamity should be research on higher studies under the supervision of Specialists of Medical Universities and other different programmes like mass awareness, easy formulate hand sanitizer and distribute among people are the decisions that have been taken at the meeting.  Higher officials of our education sector also decided that academic activities will continue through online classes or using digital platform due to shutdown educational institutions to curb the coronavirus pandemic.
