Woman's body found floating in Meghna river

Police recovered the decomposed body of an unidentified woman from the Meghna River at Lalmohan upazila in Bhola district on Friday.

Details of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Lalmohan Police Station officer-in-charge Mir Khairul Kabir said locals saw the body was floating in the river in Gaittar Khal area at noon and informed police.

The body was sent to hospital morgue, he added.
