Information Minister tested Covid-19 positive

Information Minister Hasan Mahmud has tested positive for novel coronavirus.

Mir Akram Uddin, Public Relation Officer the Ministry, said Hasan Mahmud was admitted to a private hospital in Dhaka on Friday after his sample results showed that he had contracted COVID-19 positive.

He sough doa from the countrymen for his recovery, Akram Uddin added.

On October 13, Planning Minister MA Mannan also tested positive for the virus infection.
