6 new Addl IGPs pay homage to Bangabandhu

Newly promoted six additional IGPs of Bangladesh Police  on Sunday paid tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

They paid the homage by placing wreaths at the mazar of Bangabandhu in Tungipara of Gopalganj around 1pm.

After paying tributes, they also joined a special munajat, seeking eternal peace of the departed soul of Bangabandhu as well as other martyrs of August 15.

The Additional IGPs are: M Ibrahim Fatemi, SM Ruhul Amin, Mollik Fakhrul Islam, Qamrul Ahsan, M Mazharul Islam and Khandkar Golam Farooque.
