Shramik League president Montu dies

Jatiya Shramik League president and valiant Freedom Fighter Fazlul Huq Montu died at a city hospital early Friday. He was 71.

Montu left behind wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Fazlul Huq Montu.

In a condolence message, she said that the contribution of Fazlul Huq Montu in the Liberation War and establishing the rights of working people will be remembered forever.
