Barishal reports 37 murders in last 10 months

Committing murder has now been turned into a regular phenomenon in Barishal district in recent days.

A total of 37 murders were committed in last 10 months-- from January till October 2020.

Some 13 killing incidents were reported in four police stations under Barishal Metropolitan Police (BMP) and the rest 24 were reported in other 10 police stations of the district.

According to the crime reports placed before the monthly meeting of district law and order committee, highest four murders were committed in BMP area in September while the number was seven in the district police area in July.
