Woman dies after falling off running car in Kurigram

A woman was killed after fell off from a running auto bike from Kurigram’s Phulbari upazila on Monday.

The deceased was identified as Shanti Rani Roy, 34, wife of Krishna Chandra Barman, a resident in the upazila.

Locals said Shanti fell off from the running car at about 1.30pm, leaving her critically injured.

She was taken Phulbari Upazila Health Complex where the on-duty doctor declared her dead.

Phulbari Police Station OC Rajib Kumar Roy confirmed the matter.
