12 fined in Pirojpur for not wearing mask

A mobile court in Pirojpur on Tuesday afternoon fined 12 people for not wearing face masks.

The mobile court led by Kawkhali upazila assistant commissioner (land) and executive magistrate Jannat Ara Tithi fined the health guideline violators Tk 1,100 during the drive at Amrajuri Ferry Ghat area.

Executive magistrate Jannat confirmed the matter adding that, such drives will be continued to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the upazila.
