Sayedur back as CA's Spl Asst days after exit

Just after two days of stepped down, Prof Sayedur Rahman is set to return to his post as Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser for the Health Ministry with full executive power. 

A gazette notification was issued by the Cabinet Division on Thursday giving him the authority. 

According to the notification, Sayedur had been reassigned to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser with the rank of a State Minister.  He had resigned from the position on Tuesday (December 30).

According to the ministry sources, the Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser had resigned from the office due to an inner conflict with the ministry's adviser and secretary.
