PM’s envoys meet Prof Yunus during farewell at Jamuna

A delegation representing Prime Minister Tarique Rahman paid a courtesy call on former chief adviser Muhammad Yunus on Saturday afternoon at his official residence, Jamuna, in the capital.

The three-member team was led by Prime Minister’s Defence Adviser, Brig Gen (retd) AKM Shamsul Islam. 

The meeting was held at 3:00 PM at Jamuna, the former chief adviser’s official residence on Minto Road, during his farewell engagement.

Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary ABM Abdus Sattar and Military Secretary Maj Gen Abul Hasnat Mohammad Tariq were also present at the meeting.
